2026-2027 Tax Bills - Now Available

Property taxes have officially been committed, and 2026–2027 tax bills are now available online in the Town’s Documents Library under “Assessing.”

Town Office staff will be working over the coming days to fold, stuff, and mail tax bills to property owners.

This year’s tax due dates are:

• First Half: November 15, 2026
• Second Half: May 15, 2027

The 2027 mill rate is $14.45 per $1,000 of taxable valuation, representing a $0.40 decrease from last year’s mill rate.

Voters set the interest rate on overdue property taxes at 4%.
